Opening

Welcome in. Every journey starts somewhere. For Bonito, it begins here. This coffee brings you home and makes you want to share a cup with a friend.

The Proof

This washed Pacamara is grown at Finca Los Congos in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, at an elevation of 1,550 meters. Named for the howler monkeys that still roam the surrounding jungle, the farm produces exceptional coffees in one of Nicaragua’s highest growing regions.

The Cup

Pacamara is approachable without being ordinary. The sweetness of caramel and cane sugar is balanced by a bright touch of citrus, creating a cup that is smooth, balanced, and quietly satisfying.

The Story

When Carlos first cupped this coffee, it immediately reminded him of his grandmother’s coffee. His grandparents weren’t coffee farmers, but they lived from the land, and a small grove of coffee trees provided enough for the family throughout the year. That memory became the inspiration for Bonito’s very first coffee—a simple, honest cup that reflects the warmth, generosity, and everyday beauty of Nicaraguan coffee.

Brewing

Whether brewed as a pour-over, French press or drip coffee. Pacamara is an easy coffee to return to again and again.
