Single-Origin, washed coffees from Finca Santa Lucila, in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua.
We source and roast this coffee to offer a smooth and full-bodied cup with low acidity. We take this coffee right to the beginning of second crack, where we find a balance of showcasing the coffee’s terroir with the bold, roasty flavors of a dark roast.
Roaster’s Notes - Toasted nuts with dark chocolate. Full-body with little to no acidity.
