Pacamara
Pacamara
Pacamara is Bonito’s first coffee. It’s the one that brought Carlos back to mornings on his grandparents’ ranch, where a single grove of trees supplied the family for the entire year. Coffee was not about choice or excess then, but about rhythm, care, and making good use of what the land offered.
With notes of caramel and cane sugar, Pacamara is humble, familiar, and quietly sweet. It’s the kind of everyday coffee that keeps you company. Reliable, grounding, and generous in its simplicity, like a great friend who shows up without needing much fanfare.
A delicious washed pacamara from Finca Los Congos. Los Congos Coffee is a specialty coffee farm in the mountains of Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua at 1550 meters and the quality of coffee they produce is stunning.
