The Story

Carlos set out to create a marriage between the old school and new school baristas. The goal is for the old school to get the chocolate and caramel notes and the new school to get their fruity and sweet notes. This led to one of our most surprising coffees. It is so versatile that it can be enjoyed by all coffee lovers from novice home brewers to demanding cafes.
