The Proof

This single-origin blend of Caturra, Typica, Bourbon, and Catuai comes from the mountains of Chiapas, Mexico, where coffee is grown between 900–1,100 meters. The region is known for producing large, dense beans with a smooth, balanced character. Using the Mountain Water Process, caffeine is gently removed with pure water from Pico de Orizaba, preserving the coffee’s natural sweetness and complexity without the use of chemical solvents.

Bonito Decaf delivers everything you expect from a great cup of coffee. Rich notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and nutmeg create a comforting cup with a smooth body, gentle sweetness, and a clean finish.
