The Proof

Crafted from speciality coffees grown by three small farms in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua. Each farm contributes something unique, creating a balanced cup that celebrates the diversity of the region. Roasted to a well-developed medium profile, the blend is approachable, dependable, and designed to be enjoyed every day.

The Cup

The richness of hazelnut and toasted almond is complemented by the gentle sweetness of plum, creating a cup that is smooth, balanced, and deeply satisfying. Familiar enough for daily brewing while offering just enough complexity to keep every cup interesting.

The Story

Carlos wanted to create a speciality coffee blend that brought all the flavors of his hometown together. Origin Blend reflects one of Bonito’s deepest beliefs—that coffee is at its best when it brings people together. No single farm tells the whole story. Instead, this blend celebrates the work of multiple producers, each contributing their own harvest, experience, and care.
