This wonderfully sweet coffee comes from Finca La Joya and is grown by Ibis Garcia. This is a naturally processed coffee meaning that the cherry is sundried on the seed before further processing. This imbues some unique fruitiness and natural sweetness to the coffee. We have been absolutely loving this delicious offering from Ibis and we hope you enjoy it inherent sweetness as much as we do.
