A treasure from the Ibis La Joya Farm, this is the first crop from this rare Gesha coffee plant that is being preserved by Ibis Garcia. We're honored to be offering the first harvest from his farm in Dipilto, Nicaragua, North of where Carlos grew up.

To accentuate the sophisticated and vibrant flavors Ibis allowed the beans to dry without removing the pulp. This process allows the beans to be in contact with the cherry's mucilage and sugars for a longer time, which infuses the roast with a more distinct flavor. This naturally processed Gesha is truly rare with only 60lbs of beans in this first harvest.
